Tech support: Reacting on messages in the chat and on our Crisp regarding technical issues, e.g. firewall, mic and camera access, using the wrong browser, supporting with moving and shuffling people across the different event areas.
Production support / managing backstage: Helping managing which speaker will be visible on screen, making sure they see the questions from the audience, adding banners and overlays when needed -> You can compare it to being the movie / TV director.
Conceptual support: Proposing how to best run the event on Veertly, which areas should be used, which apps to be embedded in rooms, how should the flow of the event be, etc.
