The being offline message may appear in the following situations:

You lost internet connection
You had your session opened in another tab, browser or device and you closed it, making the current session as offline. If it happened to you, just reload the browser.
You are connecting through a corporate network or VPN which is preventing the access to our services. Please try turning off the VPN or firewall, and if not possible, connect through your private computer. If the error persists, please contact your IT department to enable the correct accesses.
