You can add hosts in two ways: Promoting any user inside the event as a host Add a guest user in your event with the HOST role (check here how to configure the guest access) All the hosts of the event will have the same rights as the owner of the event, so be sure to give the rights only to the correct user. In Veertly, we are all about customization! We want you to have the event that you want and as you wish it to look like. That is why we allow you to change nearly all colors and logo of your event. You can customize the look and feel of your event in the cockpit on the “Look & Feel” section. Once you change any of the colors, they are automatically changed live on the event. You can control exactly who has access to your event and revoke their access at any time. You can manage all your guests on the Access Control tab of your cockpit page. The maximum duration of recordings are six hours. If enabled, recordings can be initiated by any host of the event. To download the recordings you need to have access to the cockpit. In the cockpit, you can see all users that have attended the event on the Attendees section. Please note that this list only contains the emails that have been marked as public. Please note as well that if a user connects several times as a guest, they can be shown multiple times in this list.
