To embed a doc, image or pdf from Google Drive you need to make sure the file you want is public first and to replace the word view with preview in the link. To do this just:
Right click on file
Get link
Make sure Anyone with link is chosen as per below:
- Copy link
- Paste it into the Add App URL portion as a Web app in your room edit
- Add the letters pre right before the word view at the end of the link, so it should say preview and not view
And voilà!
