Why am I having issues entering a room?

Having the event open in another tab can interfere with smooth operations, so if you are having trouble joining rooms or are getting kicked, make sure you don’t have any other tabs of the same event open anywhere.

It can also be due to your company's firewall or VPN, if possible try to disconnect the VPN or use a private device/network to access the room.

P|ease check how to resolve firewall issues here if needed. You can share this article with your IT department if possible so they can whitelist what is necessary to be able to enter the rooms smoothly.
