The being offline message may appear in the following situations:
- You lost internet connection
--> Restart your router
- You had your session open in another tab, browser or device and you closed it, making the current session as offline
--> If it happened to you, just reload the browser/page
- You are connecting through a corporate network or VPN which is preventing the access to our services.
