Lobby

The lobby is the starting point when you enter an event. The lobby contains the description of this event provided by the organizer or a clickable event map.

Main Stage

This is where the main presentation of the event happens.

You can get to the main stage by clicking on the main stage button in the navigation bar or using the interactive clickable event map. A window will open showing who is already on the main stage and following the program. You can then confirm your entry and collapse the audience window by clicking on the arrow.

Sometimes a host has enabled the mini-player function. That allows you to view the program of the main stage in a small player. To close it, minimize the window, and reopen it, you find the main stage button on the top navigation bar.

Rooms

In this section, you can see all the rooms and categories of the event.

When entering a room, depending on its configuration, you can have a video call with other participants and/or navigate the different apps of those rooms. The rooms are entered through join windows.

You can choose the size of the call and the apps yourself and move them as it is good for you.

Also, check if there are multiple apps.

Networking

This section allows you to enter the networking area to start a video conference with the other attendees or join existing conversations.

Select in the navigation bar the "Networking" button, "Enter Networking", and select with whom you want to get in contact and start the talk.

Of course, you can also join a conversation (conversations with up to four people are possible).

Attendees

Here you can see everyone attending this event. When clicking on an attendee, you can join their video call or send them a private message. Also, you can search for attendees.

Chat

You can see and send messages in the chat area in the global chat (which is available for all attendees) or chat individually with other participants in the conversations tab. When you received a message, a green dot will appear on the chat icon.

Polls

Here you can see and vote in all polls that the organizer has launched. Either the poll appears through a pop-up, or you need to enter the polls section on your navigation bar.

Help

If you still have any questions check our help section with some faqs and a support chat. Also, you can restart the attendee tutorial if you need to.

We hope this helped you understand how the platform works.

Now, have fun and enjoy your event!
