This may happen if your pc's clock is not accurate. You might not see the broadcast at all or have it delayed somewhat.
Please see how to correct the time if you have a Mac here.
And if on Windows 10: Navigate to Control Panel > Clock, Language and Region > Date and time > Set the time and date > Internet time > Change settings > check Synchronize with an Internet time server and click Update now.
