When you enter an event our platform automatically uses the browser language you have, if not available it defaults to English.
You can see what languages we support at the moment through your profile icon in the right upper corner when you are in an event. Just click on it and on 'Language' in the menu that shows up:

You can also specify the labels of the navigation bar for each of the languages available when editing them:
