How can I integrate Zoom meetings in Virtual Events?

Zoom can also be integrated into Virtual Events instead of the default meeting tool.

If Zoom is to be integrated on the Main Stage, the Video Conference function must be selected in the Cockpit under Main Stage and the Zoom Call toggle activated. I then have to enter the Zoom meeting number and a defined password (identification code). You can see below where I can find this information in Zoom.

If Zoom is to be used as a meeting room in Rooms, the Zoom Call toggle must be activated under Video Call when creating a new room. The Zoom ID and password can then be inserted in the same way as for the main stage.

Where can I find the meeting number/ID and password within Zoom?

Create a meeting at Zoom and set an identification code or password (highlighted in yellow). All meeting settings that are defined here are then also adopted in Virtual Events.

If this has already been done in advance, this information can be looked up in the Zoom account under "My meetings".
